The Paris Club publishes MoU implementation tables showing the status of bilateral agreements for ongoing debt arrangements. 

Since June 2026, the Paris Club has been publishing on its website a table tracking the implementation of multilateral debt-relief agreements through the conclusion of bilateral agreements between each member of the bilateral official creditors’ committees and the recipient country.

The published information regarding recent debt resolution cases (Ghana, Ethiopia, Zambia, Sri Lanka) reflects the Paris Club’s commitment to reporting on the involvement of official bilateral creditors at all stages of debt resolution.

For technical reasons, certain countries are specifically noted when not all public entities (government, development agencies, export credit agencies) have yet finalized their agreements.

These tables will be updated regularly on the Paris Club's website.
